I finally finished Gwangsoo’s portrait. It’s been sitting unfinished for… 3, 4 months?
There are a lot of things I don’t like about it. My art is not evolving the way I want it to quickly enough. And I suppose I’m getting more exact, but that’s only a tiny bit of what I want. I don’t want to continue just making really good imitations of a person. I want to make to make art in the style that’s in my head. I just don’t know how to cross that bridge. But that is absolutely no reason to not finish it, I know. It’s just… art block can be a bitch.
It’s Lee Gwangsoo, Gwangvatar, framer Gwangsoo, my favorite Running Man. I feel bad enough that it took me this long to finish, but at least I did eventually. So, behold, I guess. Heh.
I’ll go back another time and do another (better) portrait of him when I get closer to where I want to be.
Done in Photoshop.

I decided to finally work on finishing Gwangsoo because he’s been sitting there forever half done and I felt bad..
I hate drawing jewelry.
AllMost of the times I just leave it out >.> Just that part took like 45 mins because you actually have to pay attention to the detail and not take any shortcuts or else everyone knows that you slacked off. I’m going to hate shading it.It’s like shaving a spiders leg one hair at a time. With a sword.
This is what 100% looks like.

Jaejoong wants his cat back.
Woooow, this one only took a fraction of the time that Junsu’s did.
‘I want my cat back’ wip
Okay I went back and made improvements because I no longer lack sleep. This is his last version, I swear.
Now I need to go put a tree up, so the rest of it is on hold for a bit.
See it all ends up on my art blog eventually
